cwdaemon software package provides morse daemon for the parallel or serial port, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cwdaemon
cwdaemon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cwdaemon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cwdaemon *
You will get with cwdaemon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
